Legal Career
Xavier is a seasoned attorney with experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including data privacy and cybersecurity, ERISA, investment law, family law, and entertainment and sports law. Licensed to practice in both Michigan and Wisconsin, he currently serves as a Senior Attorney at Foster Swift Collins & Swift, PC
Academic Career
Xavier received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Spring Arbor University where he majored in criminal justice with a minor in pre-law. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Marquette University Law School, where he received numerous awards for his pro bono work in the local community, served as Articles Editor of the Marquette Sports Law Review, and became certified in Sports Law.
Athletic Career
Xavier always had a passion for many sports, but basketball surpassed all the rest. After a successful high school career, he signed a national letter of intent to play at Spring Arbor University (SAU). He had a successful career at SAU, being named a starter numerous times throughout his career as a Cougar. These days, Xavier is an avid Muay Thai practitioner.
